ORDER POLICY

 

  • Orders Cannot Be Cancelled  All merchandise items on offer are Printed, Sewn, or otherwise “Made To Order” by our third party vendors and manufacturers. Once an order is placed, it is forwarded to the factory for production.

 

  • Refunds Or Replacements  At our sole option, we will either Refund the Full Purchase price of the Product to the Buyer’s Payment Method or Replace a purchased Product due to a factory error or defect in materials or workmanship. If an exact replacement is not possible, we will provide a similar item of equal or lesser value at no additional cost to buyer.

 

  • Errors and Omissions  Product images, descriptions, prices and availability  are supplied in good faith and are subject to correction when an error or omission is discovered. Actual physical products may differ from the advertised image on screen and have reasonable variations in color (hue/saturation), measurements, texture, fabric, thread, materials, workmanship, labeling, embellishments or tags.

 

  • Product marketing descriptions may include subjective terms such as “soft”, “comfortable”, “thin”, “thick” “wonderful” “top” “best” or similar. We cannot guarantee any Product will fulfill Buyer’s expectation of any particular sense, emotion or feeling based on these descriptions.

 

  • Physical products may sometimes have undesirable scents or odors from dyes, plastics, packaging or other materials inherent in the production process. We do not consider such things a defect and do not accept claims related to this issue. We recommend aeration, surface cleaning or washing of any product with  such undesirable scents or odors.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

 

  • Buyers will receive an automated electronic receipt – review your order carefully. If you do not receive confirmation of your purchase, check your spam folder or contact us as soon as possible.

 

  • Orders are verified for accuracy and entered into production generally within 24 hours of receipt.

 

  • Order Additions or Revisions.  Buyer must request changes within 24 hours of placing an  order . Although we cannot cancel your order,  we can issue a store credit towards the replacement. In no event can we accept revisions once our vendors have initiated the production process, whether the 24 hour grace period has expired or not.

 

  • Order details are forwarded to our vendor/s for processing.

 

  • All transactions are securely processed by our Payment Processing service. Your purchase transaction is not considered complete until your payment is received by our bank.

Taxes
We collect and pay taxes as required by US law. Foreign sales may be subject to VAT, GST, HST or other tax scheme. All sales taxes will be applied to your purchase depending on the delivery address you provide at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped from the fulfillment center via the US postal service and/or a courier/delivery service at the discretion of the appropriate shipping manager.
All Order completion, shipping or arrival dates are good faith estimates and cannot be guaranteed 100%.
All items offered for sale will include information regarding shipping and delivery costs to the Buyer.
We do not accept liability for any loss or damages that may occur due to the following: Act of God or Force Majeure, late or non-delivery by carrier or any other circumstance beyond our direct control.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide our Buyers with the support they need to resolve any delivery issues with their purchase.

 

Buyer acknowledges that all products are offered for sale “as is” .  Other than what is expressly stated on this page, we disclaim any and all  other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, or fitness for a particular use or purpose.
